Note:researcher- S. Lathrop shows Emanuel b. ca. 1728, md. Catherine Isabella _____, a widow with 2 daughters.
Could Emmanuel have had a son named, David, which Philip could have named one of his sons after.
Since this family seems to have had plenty of activity in Northcentral Kentucky in the late 1700's, particularly Jefferson County areas, I would like to mention there was a David Cashlayer (Colclazier?) who died in newly formed Nelson County, KY in 1785.Nelson County was formed from Jefferson County in 1784.Not a lot of information is known.David likely had a daughter, Catherine, who married Henry Hoke at about the same time in Nelson County, KY.
Could this David Colclazier be the decorated Revolutionary War Veteran that so many confuse with other Davids?
Would like to know more about the children of Emmanuel!! Any comments welcome.
