Unfortunatly, I don't believe this isn't the right James Wiley. I have a little more info that may help:
The story passed down is that James Wiley Chisholm's father left his mother sometime before he was 3 and she remarried a Coleman. He was supposedly adopted by his stepfather (hence the name change to James Wiley Coleman) but was treated very badly by his stepfather and step siblings due to his being a half-blood Choctaw and ran away from home by the time he was 12. Since he was estranged from his Coleman family and, as far as we can tell, never knew his Chisholm family; he never spoke of any relatives. So, it has been very difficult to trace our tree...We have no names or dates other than an estimated year of birth of around 1890, and we are fairly sure he was born in Alabama. He married a Marry Greene and had 10-13 children- most of whom were born in Mississippi- James Wiley (Blackie) b.1917, William (Bill) b.1919, J C b.1923, Earl b.1925, Mary Francis b.1927, Mable Merrie b.1929, Carl b.1938, Charles Edward b.1941, Clifton (no dates known-died young), and Helen (no dates-died young). It is believed James Wiley (Blackie) was born to a different mother but did reside with his father (James Wiley Sr) and his siblings. It's been very difficult due to the fact we haven't been able to find any birth cert, marriage cert, divorce decree, or death cert. And since we don't have any names or dates any census that we've found up to this point is just a guess as to whether it's useful or not..
