Hello. The area is all wrong if you meant Colorado by "Co."; but anyway, I have been researching a little for someone else on the name Columbia in New Hampshire (Canaan) about 100 years ago. The name was originally COULOMBE and was French from Quebec. The name Miller in New England often turns out to be Anglicized French, too: Maillet, Meunier and others. Taylor can be French in origin, too: Taillard, Couturier, and others. Just a thought.
