Perhaps we could have a committee look at it!
How large is it in relation to "Conry"?Is it inordinantly big compared to the rest of the characters?
While it is plausible, personally, I would be somewhat surprised if the "O" character in fact represents part of the surname as opposed to a transcriber's representation of the seal.Even among those in the early 18th century who were aware that their last name originally bore an "O" patronymic, it was out of fashion to use it.Gaelic did not carry the cache it does now, especially in overwhelmingly English surroundings such as Her majesty's colonies (nor would it win anyone any friends among the Ulster immigrants that populated farther inland).While it wasn't entirely disused, it just tended to further stigmatize one; thus colonial settlers who bore the name O'Brien adopted "Bryant" or substituted "Conners" for "O'Connor", etc.
At any rate, if you have the cite to the will book, I imagine it could be obtained through a local LDS library.
