Lucius Lee Conger was born either, 3 Sep 1860 or 5 Sep 1860 in Blackmonton, Carroll Co., MS.

He died on 2 Mar 1925 at Winona, Montgomery Co., MS.He was buried in Vaiden, Carroll Co., MS (cemetery name unknown).
