Hello Debby, In my records Samuel Wilmet (or Wilmot)Conger, born Sept.17,1806 was married to Martha French.I don't have any information about her later marrying Van Blaricom.
I recall that when I was doing my family research a number of years ago I saw the name Van Blaricom a number of times in the part of Ontario, Canada, where there were many Congers.I believe Van Blaricom was prominent in the military but I don't have any notes on him.

Parents of Gershom Conger(1685) were John Belconger and Mary Kelly.John Belconger is said to be the ancestor of all the Congers in America.
Samuel Wilmet Conger's older sister, Rachael Alice Conger ,was married to Gilbert French. After Rachael died, Gilbert married Samuel Wilmet's younger sister Elizabeth (Betsy) Seymour Conger.
