What exactly do you want to know? Her siblings, children, parentage?
I will tell you this: Esther was NOT born at the Magdalen Islands! as everyone seems to believe, but rather in Cheticamp, Nova Scotia on 23 Jan 1837. She was baptized as Emerentienne-Esther; Tranquille is the name of her father, and the name you gave should be Esther (à Tranquille) Cormier, that is, Esther the daughter of Tranquille.
In the Acadian tradition prevalent at both Cheticamp and the Magdalens, people are usually spoken of by tacking on the name of their father (for example, Esther à Tranquille, Esther à Nicolas, etc.) to distinguish them from each other. The (à Tranquille) designation was probably used at Sandy Point to distinguish her from another Esther Cormier, daughter of Nicolas Cormier, whose family also lived there for awhile and then returned to the Magdalens. But Nicolas' family was originally from Margaree, Nova Scotia (the Acadian parish next door to Cheticamp).
Tranquille Cormier (son of Cyprien Cormier & Marie Poirier) married in Cheticamp on 4 Nov 1834 to Suzanne Deveau (daughter of Joseph Deveau & Theotiste Gaudet). They had: Angelique (unmarried), Esther (m Lejeune) and Venerande (m Lucas) (all born at Cheticamp). Then the family went to the Magdalen Islands, where Victor (died young), Anne (m Bernard), Francoise (m Gaudet), and another Victor (m Poirier) all were born. The family then removed to Sandy Point, NF, where all the kids married and where the family remained.
As for Esther's children: their records are at the Newfoundland/Labrador Genweb (West Coast/Baie St-Georges division), and via a simple Google search in a Lejeune database online.I'm sure you can find the rest of this information.
