i am a direct decendant of chief cornstalks and i have my family tree all the way back to chief cornstalk. and yes peter and john changed their names after going to ark. my great grandmother was mary jane avey/avery also. she was burried at the cherokee village in north ark. at white river. please contact me at snowdove1945@hotmail.com
