Thanks for your response.I also received an email from Betty Cowan, who is descended from Rachel Creasman, the sister of John Creasman who married Judith A. Dawson.(That is the name she gave me.)Based on what Betty told me, you and she have Coonrad Creasman, Jr. as a common ancestor.

Betty included her address and phone number in her message and when I saw that she lives in the same area I do, I picked up the telephone and called her.We had a nice conversation.

Thanks to you and Betty, I now know more about Susan Rachel Creasman.My goal is to locate some of her direct descendants who may have some info on the Tydings line.
