Roseann: If you are still interested in finding information about the Creightons from Hoopers Island, please feel free to contact me.All of my Creighton relatives are from Hoopers Island.My gg grandfather was Robert Franklin Creighton (10/22/1853 - 5/19/1917).Robert was William Henry Creighton's (1/8/1840 - 9/26/1920) brother.Their parents were Robert W. Creighton (4/15/1812 - 8/1/1891) and Julia Ann Meekins (1817 - ?).This is where my research stops.If you have any additional information, I would truly appreciate it. I understand that all of the Creightons on Hoopers Island are descendants of John Creighton that "emigrated" to the Colonies from London in 1742.I have much information on John Creighton, but no direct link yet from Robert W.
