NORTH LAKEPORT - Albert L. Cronk, 84, of 7777 Lakeshore Road, died unexpectedly Tuesday in Yale Community Hospital where he had been admitted Monday. He was born June 18, 1891, in Capac He married Olga Heck Oct 2, 1919, in Pigeon. Mr Cronk was a veteran of World War 1. He was a truck driver and security guard at Kroger Food Stores. He was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church, Lexington, and Romanowski Post 6896 VFW, Detroit. Mr Cronk is survived by his wife, three sons, Albert L. Cronk, Lincoln Park, Norvin C. Cronk, Detroit, and Lorence E. Cronk, Redford, two daughters, Mrs Joseph (Elizabeth) Marko, Detroit, and Mrs Helen Lashley, Jeddo, 18 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. A daughter, Mrs Louise Brodaci, two brothers, Floyd and Vance Cronk, and three sisters, Maude, Jeannette, and Frances preceded him in death. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30 am in St. Matthews Church. The Rev. Robert Bannon, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be at 2:30 pm in Glen Eden Memorial Park Cemetery, Livonia The remains will be in Kaatz Huron Chapel Funeral Home, Lexington, until 9:30 am, Friday when they will be removed to the church. Funeral home visiting hours are 1 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm today and Thursday.
I noticed this don't have the date he died. So here it is. He died on June 1, 1976. I don't know why they don't have it on the obit. All places are in Michigan.
