St. Charles (Illinois) Chronicle, 18 November 1937
William Culverson of Elgin, who dined at a local restaurant and helped himself to a topcoat of another diner, and later lodged in jail at Geneva, was married Tuesday to Miss Mary Davis, a Chicago girl who appeared with a license to wed.
