2.a state of Ohio LETTERS TESTAMENTARY stating that SAMUEL CUTTER had died on May 8, 1887.This is a notarized document signed by William Avery, Clerk of the County Court of McHenry County, OH.
3.original handwritten LAST WILL & TESTAMENT for Samuel's wife, HELEN M. CUTTER, dated May 18, 1887.In the document, she mentions her son, FRED L. CUTTER.The witnesses are:Fidelia Belcher, who lived in Woodstock, OH, and Robert St. Ehle, also a resident of Woodstock, OH.
