I have a good bit of information on some of the Texas Dansby's.It depends which line though.There were several individuals who moved to Texas prior to the "wave" of Dansbys who went there after the Civil War.
I don't know if the following people are still alive, but my father carried on a lengthy correspondence with them.If you can't locate them I have copies or transcriptions of everything, but since you are looking specifically for TX info it is probably worth your while to look them up.
