DNA Project Results

We have received the results of the first ten participants in our Dorsey/Darsey/Darcy/Dawsey/Dossey/D'Arcy DNA project. I have posted the results and a preliminary analysis and conclusion at http://www.contexo.info/DorseyDNA/ProjectResults.htmhttp://www.contexo.info/DorseyDNA/ProjectResults.htm .

The results have tentatively defined three family groups who are not related within a genealogically significant timeframe.

We do not yet have any members from any Dawsey lines. We hope these initial results will encourage Dawseyparticipants who are interested in seeing how their lines may or may not connect to similar surnames.
