Benjamin Clapp claim in 1799 west half of conc 3 lot 25, Aldophustown--original nominee John Dier (? Dean) PROOF SUBMITTED - A TICKET OF LOCATION THAT JOHN WHITELY AND JOHN DEAN ARE ENTITLED TO 200 ACRES OF LAND BY HIS MAJESTY'S INSTRUCTIONS AND HAVE DRAWN LOT 25, CONC 3 IN SEIGHNUREE #4 CONSISTING OF 200 ACRES DATED SEPT 24 1784 AT BAY QUINTEE AND SIGNED BY DEPUTY SURVEYERGENERAL.
