I am interested in contacting any members of the Deas family who are resident in Brisbane. I have records of a James Deas born in Scotland, who married Mary Mc Bride and settled in Brisbane around 1914. They opened up a sucessful bakery business in the 1920's. Mary Mc Bride was joined by her brothers Andrew, Alex, James and William who arrived in Brisbane in 1914.
