George DeGraw

Looking for information on the family of George DeGraw, who was married in 1898 to Stella Rose Wimer.He died in Laramie, WYO.
Family said he was son of Mary Todd, daughter of Brig. Gen John Blair Smith Todd.
Mary born in 1859, George in 62.Need further information on him......could have been alot younger then he let on......
