I am a de Haan and a native of New Jersey (B 1948).While de Haan might be a common name elsewhere, it was unusual in New Jersey when I was growing up in Bergen County (NE corner of NJ).Here is a brief synopsis of my family.I have no information prior to my ancestors' immigration.While I realize this is a long shot, stranger things have happened.
