i am desperately looking forMichael Delaney ( my step-brother) I want my son to know him and I loved him like a brother - he shoul be about 38 now.mother name wa Bettie Trotter Delaney (Church) and lived in Richmond, VA until her death several years ago. Father's name is Tim Delaney and all I know is he served in the army and last i heard living near a base in NC - prob Ft. BRagg.....please someone must know something......
