Got to the library yesterday for a period of a couple hours.Found this:
Donato Patota born 5 December, 1881 to Crescenzo Potato age 26, farmer and Rosa Maria Colasurda, his wife.It also stated that Donato married Maria Antonia DiPalma in Ripabottoni on 15 November, 1900.
Cresenzo Patota was born on 26 January, 1854 to Donato Potato, age 30 and Mairantonia D'Alfonso, age 32.Donato was listed as the son of Francesco Potato as well.It stated that Crescenzo married Maria Rosa Colasurdo in Ripabottoni March of 1875.
I could not find the birth record of Donato, son of Francesco as of yet.The records that cover his probable date of birth are not indexed and you have to go through each record...hard to read and no luck so far.
Also, found no Colasurdo births for Ripabottoni for any year.I think she may have come from another town. But I will continue to look and see what I can find.
Maria Antonia Di Palma was born on 20 of June, 1880 to Saverio DiPalma and Concetta Campolietto.I have not yet come across the birth record for Saverio...I missed it in the indexes so far..but again, will continue to look.He was listed in the four or five years you would expect to find him in.
Concetta Campolieto was born on 15 September, 1840.Her parents were Natale Campolietto, age 26 and Maria Antonia Todaro, also age 26.Her full name was Maria Concetta Crescenza Campolietto.
I zeroxed the above record as well as the birth records of Donato, Crescenzo, and Maria Antonia.Send me your mailing address to email@example.com and I will send them to you.I think I asked you to do this before...but my computer crashed at the beginning of this year and erased everything on the hard drive...including 2 years of saved mail and addresses......that is why your recent message to mee didn't indicate I have any knowledge of your contacting me before...sorry, but it was all erased.Once I hunted down old posts at the site you mentioned I realized you had written before and I was long overdue to get you an answer.
So let me have the address and I will mail these copies to you.I am going back to the library tomorrow and hope to find the other information you need.
