Thanks for helping to straighten out my Desrosiers file.It may interest you to know Pierre HuneauEnosEneau was born Feb 7, 1851 at Goderich, Huron County, Ontario to J. B. Enos & Marie-Rose Tellier. He was baptized Feb 25,1851 at St. Peter's Church with Pierre Mailloux & Felicite Tellier as sponsors. On another matter, Wm.A.Johnson was in Huron County in 1860 as he fathered Marie, born Mar 1,1861 at St. Joseph out of wedlock to Phoebe-Philomene Desrosiers [Amable Desrosiers & Marie-Victoire Heneau-Portneuf]. Phoebe was born Aug 11,1840 at Ste. Melanie, Berthier,QC & later married one Alexander Granville. Marie was baptised Mar 5,1861 with her grandparents as sponsors. Many members of the French-Canadian families of St.Joseph, Huron County, Ontario emigrated to Michigan during the period 1860 to 1880. One more loose end is an Angelique Desrosiers born in 1864 who married a Richard Enos & produced a daughter Rose-Anne born in 1885. If I can be of help in your research, please advise.
