I think the other Isaac is Isaac6(Benjamin5,Timothy4,Jeremiah3,Jonathan2,William1) Deuel. He was born in either Little Nine Partners or Nine Partners, Dutchess Co., Nov. 8, 1780, died Aug. 27, 1870 and is buried in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Sterling, Cayuga Co., NY with wife Judith Morgan, born June 2, 1785, died Sept. 28, 1866. This info you can find on the Cayuga County rootsweb site.
There is extensive information on him in an entry from Biographical Record of Fond du Lac County, WI, which is on the web (type in a google search for "Silas Deuel Metomen" and it should come up). Silas was their son. Isaac moved to Washington Co. as a young boy with his father Benjamin Deuel, then migrated to Susquehanna Co., PA and then to Butler, Wayne Co., NY then to Cayuga Co. Silas7 moved to Kenosha Co. WI in 1843, apparently preceded by his brother Obed Deuel in 1842, then to Metomen in 1847. Other possible children of Isaac and Judith (my guesswork from the Cayuga cemetery records, according to the Metomen article there were 9 children in all):
Franklin Deuel 1821-1893, served as 2nd Lt. Co. F. 111th NY Volunteer Infantry in Civil War
Sarina Deuel 1814-1897
Morgan Deuel 1812-1864
Edward H. Deuel 1819-1889 (buried West Niles Cemetery)
