My family (parents and I) know your father (artist)as a personal friend. As an 11 year old I worked in your father's Italian restaurant off the main street of Central City. I was 24 when I visited him and his then wife before I returned to active duty in Washington state. I have pitures and three inherietd pieces ohis work (painting, sketch, and ceramic tray).
As I was viewing a PBS documentary on Diago Rivera and his wife, I remebered he told us he worked with the Mexican Cubist after WWII. My parent meet Angelo in San Fransisco in that time. As Angelo was in the war in Africa, he did a wood cut litho on GI toilet paper which my Dad kept and framed along with painting of his first wife and child in a modern Cubist form.
