I found a lot on the Dille family in question from a Montgomery County History. It states,In 1804, John Dille, a native of Virginia, his wife Elizabeth and three children, Ann, Betsy and Samuel, came from Kentucky settling in Mad River Twp. Section 19, where they had born to them Isaac, Eleanor, John and Brice. All are now dead except Isaac and Brice who live in Dayton. Two years after John's settlement he was joined by parents Samuel and Ann and brothers, Rickey, Samuel and Brice, who emigrated from Dille Bottom in Wheeling, Virginia. Shortly thereafter, they were joined by three more Dille families, John and Polly (Dille) Bodley, Asa and Rebecca (Dille) Griffith, James and Polly (Dille) Jones, all of whom had families in the same neighborhood.None are now residents of Mad River having moved away years ago.
I looked for the Snodgrass's but could only find a few references to those you have named. There were lots of references to Alexander but only in terms of his connection to the area and not including any mention of his own family.
There was a book of marriages which showed the ones you mentioned plus, I think, a third marriage for Thomas.I could look those up if you need them.Hope this helps.
