Yes, I do have a copy of Ann's will. She died Dec. 1769 and the will was probated Feb. 1770.In it she leaves her plantation to her son John. She mentions John's children but not by name. She leaves things to her deceased son Peter's children:his oldest son Henry, his youngest son Peter and her grand daughter Mary Yokely wife of John Yokely. Mary had a sister Lydia who married James Copeland. Peter had six orphans:Henry, Mary, Lydia, Peter.I am not sure who the other two children were. Some have them as John and Phillip.I have always thought that William might have been one of them.I will have to see proof before I can say for sure who the other children were. I have a lot of info on the Dills but I'll have to search it out. Some of the names you mentioned are familiar but some of them are scrambled into different families and generations.I'll try to help you unscramble them when I find all my "stuff" I have information that Jerusha Pullam was married to John Dunning Dills, son of Thomas who was the son John. I'll have to locate my other Dill folder to give you more info.
