Hi John, thank you for all the information.I have one of those books. It is the one that was put together by John Lewis Dollins (a brother of Newton Zwingle Dollins and a first cousin to my father). My father (who died in 1998) never knew John Lewis (his first cousin) and probably did not even know of his existence. If you do not have the book that John Lewis compiled, please let me know and I will see if I can somehow reproduce it.
Perhaps you would like to know (if you don't already) about another site called "Ancestry.com"Genforum seems to be more complete, but there is also some information on the Dollins family on that site. Thanks again and good luck in your search.
Ann (Dollins) Steindlberger ([email protected])
While I was never legally called "Dollins" I use that name sometimes, for obvious reasons, in my genealogical quest because I figure it would have been my legal name.My father's legal name for the first 12 years of his life was John Dollins.
