Min, 1/324).On 18 September 1845 a suit was entered by John J. Humphreys and wife Sally, formally Sally Donohoo, Samuel Donohoo, Henry Donohoo, & Nancy Donohoo by their guardian William P. H. McDermott vs. James Donohoo, Charles Donohoo, Jr., Lewis Sheppperd, and wife Margaret formally Margaret Donohoo, Jarrot G. Dent and wife Mary Ann formally Mary Ann Donohoo, George W. Turk & wife Melinda formally Melinda Donohoo and Margaret Donohoo widow of Charles Donohoo deceased, and a cross bill.Charles Donohoo, Sr. died in August 1842, intestate.All above listed parties were his heirs, except McDermott.The widow Margaret Donohoo has since died.Some of the heirs had signed an agreement and the others object.(ibid 2/198-201)

Gillispie.The parties have compromised the suit.(Bra TN, Ch Ct Min, 1/111)A suit was entered 9 September 1845 by Margaret Donohoo by her next friend & Guardian James Donohoo vs. Francis W. Lea and his wife Rebecca C. Lea Executrix of Joseph Donohoo deceased.The will of Joseph Donohoo was dated May 1840 and was proved in April 1842.Henry C. Price was also named Executor but renounced.The complainant is entitled to a legacy. (ibid 189)At the time of the death of Joseph Donohoo the following legatees under his will were living and are now living, namely, Temperance Shepherd and Prudence Shepherd, niece? of the deceased, who under said will had bequethed to them the sum of one hundred dollars each, Margaret Shepherd, sister of said deceased was bequeathed fifty dollars. Complainants Margaret and Louisa S. Donohoo were the two daughters of James Donohoo mentioned in said will to whom one hundred dollars each was bequeathed.Defendant Rebecca C. Lea proved the will of the said Joseph Donohoo deceased at the April term of county court of Bradley, 1842, and took upon herself the trusts of said will.The legacies were ordered to be paid.(ibid 226) 26 August 1851 a suit was shown by James Donohoo, Charles Donohoo, Samuel Donohoo, George W. Turk and wife Melinda Turk, Henry Donohoo, Lewis Shepherd & wife and Margaret Shepherd, Green Taylor & wife Nancy Taylor, Tarrett G. Dent & wife Mary Ann Dent vs. Francis W. Lea & wife Rebecca C. Lea Thomas H. Calloway, Pleasant J. G. Lea, John J. Humphrey & wife Sally Humphrey.Joseph Donohoo in his life time after the making & publishing his last will and testament, sold the lands in pleadings mentioned to Charles K. Gillespie on the 12th day of March 1841.The sale of the land was a revocation of the will.Rebecca C. Lea is entitled to the proceeds lands sold by virtue of the residuary bequest in the will.The complainants are not entitled to the relief prayed. (ibid 2/57)

(ibid 251)Heirs of Margaret were the same as the heirs of Charles Donohoo Sr., deceased.(ibid 323)
I am sure that this document lists the children of Charles and Margaret.
I am asking anyone that may be interested that live in the Cleveland, TN area to do the addition research that can verify the Chlidren of Charles.
