John Dow, Berwick ME, b.1771

I'm trying to complete info for this John Dow. I'm missing the place and date of death, and list of children.

I do know:
b. 4 June 1771 in Berwick Maine to Moses DOW and Hannah Gove, of Hampton, NH.Married Zilpah Lincoln in a quaker ceremony 22 Feb. 1797. Zilpah Dow died 15 June 1826 in China ME.
Their daughter Hannah Dow, b. 5 Feb 1798 in Vassalboro, ME, is my ancestor.
