Dow Family / Dow Brewery in Montreal

I'm looking for information on the old 'Dow Brewery' in Montreal as well as researching the genealogy of the Dow family that originally ran the 'Dow Brewery'. Looking for informaion on all of the Dow brothers as well as their descendants and anything on where and when in Scotland they came from.
