DANGERS of the MOUNTAINS --
We learn from the Weaverville 'Times' that the body of Isaac DUFFIELD, who was lost about a month ago, while hunting near the North Fork, was recovered on Saturday last. The discovery of his remains was purely accidental, although a party had been out searching for him for some time. They were found at the bottom of a precipice, about a mile and a half from the North Fork. At the time it occurred, he was evidently making his way home, and accidently slipped from the trail. A part of the fact and breast had been eaten by some wild animal. On Sunday a party went out and brought in his remains for interment.
