I Thomas Duggins of the parish of Tardebrigg in the county of Worcester, Needlemaker, do hereby make oath and ? that the above is a true Register of the births of my several children with the respective dates thereto ?, and that diligent mark has been made in the Register of Redditch Chapel in the Parish of Tardbrigg where my said children were regularly baptized and that the name of my mid. daughter Esther Duggins who was born Aug. 1, 1818 appears to be omitted in the said register and that my said daughter Esther Duggins was baptized in the said chapel of Redditch on the 2nd day of Aug. 1818 being the day after her birth and what is commonly called "Redditch Fairs Sunday" and that Hannah Lewis and Mary Boulton the persons making the affidavit hereto ? were present with myself at the baptism of my said daughter Esther Duggins and acted as sponsors on the occassion.
