*** It appears that many of Joseph's siblings ended up in either Bedford, Massachusetts or New Bedford, Massachusetts. Census records from the period of the weddings (1900, 1910, 1920) may clear things up. Family tradition suggests that "Bedford" is actually New Bedford... as i've been told my father had many cousins there. ***
