Found the following:
Deed Book B, page 140 10 April 1835 for $65.00 Rebecca Jones, sold 12 acres to Daniel Mason ...lately allotted to her by Commissioners appointed for dividing the real estate of Nathan Dyke, deceased. Said tract is known as Lot # 2 on the Plot, and assigned to her as her part of two thirds of the tract of land formerly the property of said Nathan Dyke, also all her interest in the other 1/3 of said tract which by same Commissioners was allotted as Dower to Hester Dyke, widow of said Nathan.
Deed Book B, page 141 10 April 1835 ...between Henry Nash of County of Rappahannock to Daniel Mason, for $25.00...12 acres which was allotted to Sarah Nash, late Sarah Dyke by Commissioners appointed........ which tract is known in the Plot of said division as Lot No. 3.
Deed Book F, page 357 1 December 1845 Robert M. Heterick, Willis Browning and Othaniel Jones of the third part, all of Rappahannock County...Whereas a cer- tain Vincent Smedley of the County of Warren by a certain indenture bearing date on the 28 June 1844 and admitted to record in the Clerk's Office in Rappahannock County Court on the same day (Book F, page 38), did grant etc. to said Robert M. Heterick his heirs etc...all the estate, right, title etc. of him the said Vincent Smedley of in and to the real estate of James Jones deceased....together with all appurt- enances thereunto belonging....
Chancery Case # 84 Summons Becky Jones in her own right and as Admtrix of James Jones deceased, Abner Sims, David Dyke and Hetty his eife and Othaniel Jones...to appear before the justices of our county court on the second Monday in August next to anwer a bill in chancery exhibited against them in said court by Vincent Smedley and Nancy his wife... Issued August 7, 1843.
Statement of Becky Jones in Case # 84: James Jones departed this life in the year 1814, seized of about 63 acres a a small personal estae appraised at 74 poungs, 19 shillings, 6 pence...leaving herself his widow and two infant daughters, Nancy the Complaintant and Hetty Dyke....that her said daughter Nancy came to 21 years of age in the year 1830, and her said daughter Hetty in the year 1835. _______________________
Deed Book A, page 350 6 January 1834 Lydia Dyke to Gabriel Tutt....for $50.00...a lot allotted to her by Commissioners to divide the real estate of Nathan Dyke deceased, known as Lot # 6....13 acres.
Deed Book B, page 355 1 February 1836 George and Nathan Dyke to Daniel Mason...for $110.00...a certain lot or parcel of land containing 10 acres allotted to them by Commissioners to divide the lands belonging to Nathan Dyke deceased....their interest being 1/10 part.
Deed Book I, page 125 21 October 1852 James W. and Johnson Dyke to Willis Browning....for $30.00 sell all their right title and interest in and to estate of Nathan Dyke deceased. Nathan's widow, Hester. Johnson and James W. Dyke are grandchildren of said Nathan Dyke.
Deed Book J, page 2 25 March 1854 David and Hetty Dyke to Othaniel Jones...for $330.00...66 acres. Hetty was daughter of James Jones.
Deed Book I, page 351 1853 Albert Dyke to H. G. Moffett...for $14.00...assigns all his right, title and interest of in and to the estate of which Nathan Dyke died seized...widow Hester. Albert is a grandson of Nathan Dyke.
