I have looked through all my EDDIE family data and I do not have anything on James + Elizabeth (Stevenson), Joseph + Helen (Middleton)or Robert + Elizabeth (Sampson) EDDIE.
I also looked through the following documents without finding anythibng on any of them:

'The Mearns Kincardineshire, monumental inscriptions, pre 1855' and ' Kirkyards of Dunnottar, Glenbervie and Marykird.'

My EDDIE's came to Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada about 1840. Ann, b. 1813 or 1817 in Dunnottar Parish, married George KEITH, b. 1819, Crimond, Aberdeen, in 1844. He arrived in Halifax on his birthday, 7 May 1843. They moved to Illinois in 1845. Ann's brother James, b. 1805, also came to Illinois and is listed on her tombstone. Their parents where William & Janet (Smart) of Fordoun & Marykird Parishes.
