?Lydia VAN BUSKIRK may have married secondly William HAUSE (or HOUND) on 24 November 1816.She was mentioned in her father’s and grandfather’s wills. The following is from Van Buskirk News, Vol VII, #2, 1995, page 505:
Daniel V. Buskirk, of Bethlehem Twp., Hunterdon County, NJ, made his will on 11 April 1818.Heirs were son Aaron and his wife Sarah and their son Daniel; daughter Lydia Hound and her son Daniel Egbert.
Lydia was named in the will of her grandfather Joseph Hankinson. In her father’s will she was described as residing in the West branch of the Susquehanna in PA.Her son Daniel Egbert was also named in Daniel's will.It is not clear if Egbert was a middle name or surname. If it was a surname, then Lydia apparently marriedtwice, first to Mr. Egbert, and second to Mr. Hound. . .
I would love to correspond with anyone regarding the children of Nicholas and Lydia.I descend from their son Cyrus.
