Many thanks for replying to my message. I have an image from a castle here in Ireland which I believe to be that of Elcock:
The Elcocks were related to the Bellew family. The coat of arms of the family was Gules, a chevron argent, between cocks of the last, each standing on a mound.
The image I have matches this except for the colours which are Argent (Silver, a chevron sable (black), between cocks (gules) of the last, each standing on a mound.
