Louisa Ellis and Hannah Ellis related? early 1800's

I have a Louisa Ellis in my line b. 1826 d. 1899 in Grundy County MO. whose father we think is Enos Ellis b. abt. 1792 in Virginia.

I also have a Hannah Ellis in my line b. Feb 20, 1817 in Ohio and d. Nov 8, 1890 in Grundy County Mo. These two Ellis women are in the same generation, my gg grandmothers. I know there were a lot of Ellis folks moving around the area and am curious if they were related. I have NO parent info on Hannah Ellis.

Any help would be appreciated.
