Thanks for the information. That is the correct John and Jane Bell. There was a John Elricks on t he 1840 Indiana co Pa Census in Blacklick Twp.He could be Janes's father.THe LDS web site has a John Elick married to an Ann Morton about 1818 which could work for Jane if she is the oldest child.I will keep looking and if you find some more information as you dig deeper please let me know.
