Row 20 in the North Norwich Pioneer Cemetery lists the following.. (A) Richard Lossing / born 1st mo 25 day 1823 / died 6th mo 12 day 1857 (B) Henry Emigh / born 6th mo 11th d 1798 / died 3rd mo 14th d 1855 (C) Cornelia S. Emigh / died 7th mo 18 d 1852 / aged 19 yrs 3 mo 14 d (D) Hannah I. Bates / died 8th 26d 1859 / aged 24 yrs & 24 days
My line extends from Hannah (Emigh) who married Walter Bates.I am guessing that this is her and that Henry is her father as she is buried next to him.The death dates reported on her stone, which is very unreadable, would be wrong because in the 1851 census Walter is already listed as a widow.
