See the John Endsley Family Bible Record. It gives all dates of birth, marriages, deaths from 1769 to 1923.
Included are John & Mary Endsley's two sons, James Blair & Sidney Endsley who died in NC before the family moved to Tennessee.[They are buried in the Endsley-Peagram Cemetery in Guilford Co NC].
Probably the easiest way to see a transcription of the John Endsley Family Bible Record is in
JOHN BLAIR of GUILFORD COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA and SOME of HIS DESCENDANTS copyright 1979 by Bean and Lucy Echels Blair, page 60.Available through LDS Family History Centers on microfilm for loan:LDS Microfilm Roll 2056083.
The Blair book makes it clear that John Endsley was the son of James Endsley who d. before Aug 1777 and Jane Blair.Jane (Blair) Endsley, widow, remarried to CPT John C. Cummings. He d. in NC.Jane, aged 70, accompanied her extended Endsley/Cummings Lowry families to TN.She died at age 93 on 21 Apr 1839 in Marshall County, Tenn. and is buried at Round Hill Cemetery [called Jane Cummings, consort of John C. Cummings on her tombstone as reported by WPA cemetery recorders around 1940].
Round Hill Cemetery is in Liberty Valley in present day Marshall County Tennessee near Belfast, Tennessee.
