Union County Deed Book B, 20 Feb 1788 Samuel Porter of Mecklenburg Co. NC to Wm Porter of York Co land where Matthew Porter formly lived. Witnessed by Robert Kennedy, Abraham Enloe, William Wallace all of York County (their were witnesses to the first transaction as Samuel Porter died prior to Feb 1786) and had to reafirm this.
This is either Abraham of Rutherford Co, NC or an unknown Abraham. The only thing this now throws into question is Abrahams birthdate, even then you had to be of age to witness are buy land, which would make Abraham born more like 1764 than 1770. Robert Kennedy and William Wallace were son-in-laws of Samuel.
