Eric/Erick/Erik Erickson (Surname change to Dahl) and his wife Selma Sophia Hanson immigrated from Sweden in 1892 and settled in Huron, Beadle County, South Dakota. They had five children - Bertha (Elizabeth), Bert, Elmer (Jupe), Ella and Martha - and most of them stayed in Huron after their marriage.
