Mrs. Sarah Sanders
Mrs. Sarah Sanders died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Heyser, near Guldens Station on March 4th at 10:20 a.m., aged 79 years.Mrs. Sanders was formerly from Fairfield where she lived nearly all her life time.She is survived by the following children, Cornelius U. Sanders, Calvin H. Sanders, Robert F. Sanders, all of Fairfield; James C. Sanders and Mrs. Laura V. Wagner, of Mason City, Iowa; Mrs. Anna L. Sanders, of Ashton, Ill.; Mrs. Hattie Sanders, of Martinsburg, W.Va.; Mrs. Joel Musselman, of Fairfield; Mrs. Fannie Brown, of Biglerville; Mrs. William Heyser, of Guldens; Mrs. Edward K. McCleaf, of Guldens.She is also survived by 60 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and by one sister, Mrs. Joseph Peters, of near Waynesboro.Funeral services were held at the home of Mr. Heyser this morning and the body was then taken to Fairfield for interment.

Mrs. Elizabeth Harbaugh, widow of the late Elias Harbaugh, died at the residence of her son, John L. Harbaugh, in Funkstown, Tuesday, while on a visit. She was born near Waynesboro, Pa., July 9, 1814. When a child her father moved to Frederick county, where she resided the remainder of her life. Her husband died in 1881. She was the mother of nine children, five of whom survive her; John L., of Funkstown; George W., of McClure, Ohio; Carleton J. and Yost C., of Frederick county, and Mrs. Sarah A. E. Overholtzer, of Thurmont, Md. She was the grandmother of forty-seven children, and great grandmother of forty-one children. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Sanders, of Downsville, and Mrs. Louisa Sites, of Adams county, Pa. The funeral will take place Friday morning. Interment in the cemetery near Jacob's church, Adams county, Pa.

Mrs. Louisa Sites, commonly known as grandmother Sites, departed this life on Thursday morning Nov. 8th, aged about 87 years.She was an exemplary Christian lady.She is survived by two sons, George of Liberty township and John of Hamiltonban township.Burial was made in cemetery at Fairfield.The funeral was conducted by Rev. Stonebreaker.
