Here is what I have on Jacob, no reference to Magdelena but Jacob had a sister which I have listed as Madelena or Madalena. She appears to be the youngest of 11 children. The only thing I have on their mother was that her name was Elizabeth.
The son of FALCK (FOLK), George, he was born in Weisenberg Township on 14 Apr 1782 and married RAUBENHOLD, Catherina, the daughter of RABENOLD, Peter, who was born in Lowhill Township, Lehigh County on 15 Sep 1780.Jacob and Catherina came to Northumberland County in about 1804, locating on 80 acres of woodland in Mahanoy (now Upper Mahanoy) Township, which he cleared for farming and on which he build a small log house about three rods north of the site of the present residence. That house served as a dwelling for about fifty years. The original barn, which stood about two rods east of the present residence, served until 1828, in which year the present barn was built, using some of the wood from the first structure. He spent the remainder of his life here, the farm passing on to his son Solomon, his grandson John, and his great-grandson Edward.Jacob was a soldier in the War of 1812.Jacob and his family became members of the Himmel's Church, Rebuck, Northumberland County where he was a trustee in 1818 when a new edifice was built. As part of his contribution toward the new building he dug and hauled stone from his farm to the church site. When St. John's Evangelical Lutheran and Reformed Church was established at Leck Kill in 1853, with Jacob's help, he and his family became members there since it was closer to their farm.Jacob died in Upper Mahanoy Township, Northumberland County in the area called Greenbrier on 25 Dec 1856 and is buried in St. John's cemetary. We do not know when Catherina died, but she is also buried at St. John's. Jacob's homestead was covered by these deeds....
Jacob had 6 children:
Catharina - probably died as an infant Solomon - married Salome Geist Maria - Lydia - married man named Snyder Sallie (Sara) - married Abraham Fegley John -
There is also mention of a GEIST, Valentine, b 1 Nov 1834, m STRAUSSER, Catherine, d 7 Mar 1884.
I mention this only because is is close to STRASSER, and may have been a variation in the name that would help your search.
