Children were Jean (b 1763), Wiliam above, Hugh (1765 and dd young), Gilbert (b 1766), John (b 1772), Ann (b 1774), Janet (b 1775), Hugh (b 1777), Aeneas (b 1780) and James (1782-1828) of Jamaica. Gilbert was born in Dyke and mother not given, but we think he belongs here. James below is son of Aeneae: 25 Oct 1825 at Kingston, Jamaica, James FALCONER, eldest son of Mr Falconer, Blackhills near Nairn (Note: this is Aeneas Falconer and wife is Margaret McPherson, daughter of James McPherson of Ardersier).
I would be very interested in any other mentions of Jamaican Falconers who may have come from Nairn. I don’t recognize the James born about 1758, but if any mention of links to Nairn, will try and identify him. Again many thanks, Jane macgillivray
