I have a copy of "The London Chronicle or, Universal Evening Post" Vol. XVII, No. 1279 dated from Thursday, February 28, to Saturday, March 2, 1765. It lists the following death: "Worcester, Feb. 28.On Thursday last as Mr. John Fullwell, aged about 70, of Pensham, near Pershore, was cutting some hay from a rick, he flipped off, and falling upon the instrument he had been cutting with, it entered his right side, about the fourth rib, and killed him on the spot."Hope this helps someone.
