SUBJECT Frederick Fearnside is mortgaging property in Bury St Edmunds and Norwich totheother two parties for £2250. It consists of:
1) A messuage in Abbeygate Street and Lower Baxter Street, Bury St Edmunds "with the warehouses, storehouses, shops, offices, stables, yards".
2) Two houses in Palace Street, in the Parish of St George of Tombland, Norwich. There is a Millhouse to the North and the property is bounded by the Common Street to the South.
We are told that Frederick Fearnside already has another mortgage for £1000 charged on property (1).
The second Indenture of 28 March 1877 tells us that Frederick Fernside has repaid the £250 and the properties are being reconveyed to him.
Frderick Fernside has signed the original mortgage indenture and the other two parties have signed the reconveyance.
