Hi Sean,
My name is Carole Choquette. My mother was Maureen Fee, daughter of Patrick and Margaret Fee. Yesterday, I read the message you posted on my mother's obituary. I could not believe my eyes.
My uncle Patrick Fee and his sister Margaret went to Ireland in 1993 and met some of the Fee family. Pat also remembered Winnie living with them in Dunham, Quebec, Canada. He also remembers her marrying a Riches gentleman.
My grandfather, Patrick Fee was born in 1888 and died in 1965. My grandmother, Margaret Fee was born in1898 and died in 1994. They came to Canada in 1924. Patrick came first and sent word to Margaret to come with her 4 children from a previous marriage to John Green. She was also expecting a baby.
Their children were Margaret born in 1924, Michael who died maybe in 1925, Patrick born in1926, Patricia born in1928, died in 1980, Gerald born in1930, Maureen born in 1931, died in 2010, James born in 1933, died in 2005, Ronald born in 1936 and Ella born in1941.
My grandfather siblings are Sarah born in1878, Michael born in 1880, Charles born in 1882, Annie born in1884, Francis born in 1886, Emily born in 1892, Cecelia born in 1895, Thomas born in 1897 and Luke born in1899. Emily and Cecelia lived and died in New York. I vaguely remember them coming to Dunham when I was small.
There is more information if you want to get in touch with Pat or Margaret.
Carole
