NATHAN FELLOWS / HANNAH ORVIS

I am trying to locate the parents of Nathan Fellows.
I believe he was born about 1747 in Connecticut and I know
he died 6 Nov 1824 in Sulllivan Township, Tioga, Penn.
I think his parents might be Varney and Hannah (Lathrop) Fellows but can't prove it as yet.

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
